Belly Dance is sacred and ancient, and meant for EVERY woman. These classes are conducted in a supportive environment, in which every woman is encouraged to bring out her inner Goddess.



They are also a fun, low-impact workout, and a wonderful way to take time for your self and make new friends!



This class is taught by a university educated, cross-trained dancer who will go out of her way to help you succeed.





You are promised a fun, intense workout and precise technical training in a light hearted environment.


If you wish to perform, you may join Aphrodite's Daughter at local festivals!
