I have fallen in love with Ventura and would love to spend the month of July there. I would like to swap my ocean view home in Cambria for a home near downtown Ventura. I have attached a few photos of my 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home. I have no children and live alone so my house is very sparse and clean...I am looking for the same in cleanliness.
