Originally purchased 3 years ago at Home Depot for $531. Dropping price from $350 to $250 because I'm tired of it sitting around.
In good shape and still runs well. Remote and owner's manual included. It does have paint, insulation, and stucco on the unit and on the outside shield box from where it was sealed into the wall. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition.
I removed it because I installed a heat pump, which heats and cools, so the unit is no longer necessary.
