Overview: Up for sale is a small woodblock print by acclaimed Japanese print artist, Kenji (Ken) Kusaka (b. 1936). Kusaka is a print artist known for his abstract, modernist works. Felix Juda commissioned Kusaka to make a series of card prints through the Red Lantern Shop in Kyoto. This print is one of those that were commissioned. The print is titled, "Work 23," numbered 1/200, and dated "71" at bottom. It is matted in a nice green matting. The print also appears to be attached to a backing card utilized by Juda in issuing the print, which identifies the commission and the artist. (I have a few other of these prints for sale, you can see the text of this card in those listings).
Condition: The print and matting are in excellent condition.
Measurements: Print measures approximately 6.875 inches high x 3.75 inches wide. Backing card measures 8.125 inches high x 5 inches wide. Matting measures 9.875 inches x 7.875 inches wide.
