Overview: Up for sale is this a fantastic midcentury still life oil painting by J. Collins. It depicts a clarinet and french horn surrounded by sheet music and books. A great impressionist still life piece. Signed "J. Collins" at lower left. Undated, but based on age and style, I'd estimate this dates to the 1950's or 1960's. Framed in a period wood frame.

Condition: Painting has a small fray/tear at lower left, just above the signature. Otherwise, good condition.

Measurements: Painting measures approximately 39.75 inches wide x 20 inches high. Frame measures approximately 40.75 inches wide x 21.25 inches high.
