Looking for about 400 square feet of secure, dry storage space (garage, shed, barn corner, covered area, etc.) to store several IBC totes (those big 275-330 gallon plastic totes on pallets, used for water/liquids/feed/etc.). Or outside yardspace, building into a regular supply business. These are clean no chemical totes. barrels also possible, but all are food grade.

In exchange, I can offer:

Ongoing groundskeeping/yard maintenance (mowing, trimming, weeding, leaf removal, basic landscaping, pressure washing, etc.)
OR possibly some IBC totes themselves (clean, used ones if that interests you)
OR other fair trade items/services – open to ideas if you have something specific in mind

Prefer something local in/near Oxnard, Port Hueneme, etc. – easy access for regular upkeep if we go the services route. Reliable, non-smoker, good references available.
Not looking to pay cash rent – pure barter/trade only. I dont currenlt have enough regular business for regular rent.
