We have had this boat what my wife and I call a dockominium on the water for over 11 years. We normally stay on it over the weekends. It has two staterooms, two heads, a galley, a salon, a sunroom and a bridge with about 500 square feet of living space.
In the last 11 years we have taken it out about a half dozen times. I have not run the motor or the generator in years. We get shore power and water from the dock that we are on. We figure that we get million-dollar views for a fraction of the cost. The inside is wall to wall carpeting and tiger teak paneling throughout. A view like we have would cost around $5 to $10 million dollars. So, if you ever had a desire to have a channel view of zodiacs, paddleboarders, sail boats, yachts, harbor seals, all types of sea birds and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, this boat is for you. Keep in mind that this boat currently does not run so don't expect to come and expect a ride to the islands. This boat is located in the Peninsula Yacht Marina in Channel Islands in Oxnard.
