Amazing 1996 Grady White 248 Voyager (overall length is 28 feet...with bow and engine)
Yamaha 250 fuel injected saltwater series II. Less than 400 hours. This is a 2-stroke bullet proof saltwater engine. I had the yearly service done on it in Oct. (all fluids, impellers, plugs, etc)....done at yamaha dealer.
If you are looking for a Grady you know these are solid. This one was owned by an airline pilot out of San Diego since new. The boat was kept on a trailer and still looks new. This boat does not have a trailer!
It has a new $5000 canvas enclosure that is really nice on cold or windy days. Also, this model has the back bench seat with cushions and two captains chairs.
Nice size cuddy that sleeps 2. brand new (never used) porta potty.
GPS unit...fish finder, depth, etc.
Brand new Yamaha 9.9 kicker ($3,000) - electric start - puts our 5 amps so you can recharge batteries. I put on the kicker for trolling and additional peace of mind...get home engine. It will actually push the boat at 5 knots.
This was my first ocean going boat. I wanted something safe and stable to get the islands for fishing, diving and exploring. This boat is heavy and handles rough seas really well. It cruises at about 24 knots to you can get to Anacapa in about 30 min.
The boat is in amazing shape. there are a few marks here at there, but overall it still looks new.
I am buying a bigger boat! ( I have 5 boys....it is comfortable for 7 for a sunset cruise, but not for a full day of fishing/diving)
$25,000 (including Yamaha Kicker)
$23,000 (without Yamaha Kicker)
