A great boat for casual sailing, hanging out on or living in.
Well maintained Universal M3-20B diesel engine with only 257 hours.
Brand new: life lines, two AGM group 27 batteries, helm cover, Garmin 743sxv chartplotter, depth sounder, AIS transceiver (all profesionally installed and NMEA 2000 compliant).
Bottom cleaned monthly and repainted in 2022.
Interior in incredible condition and often commented on how nice it is.
Things to be mindful of as stated in survey: Standing rigging is due for replacement, headsail UV cover and topside gel coat needs some TLC, but otherwise great condition and lovely boat for the age and price.
Just completed in water survey.
Currently slipped in Safe Harbor Marina, Ventura Harbor for $580/month+electricity/water (~$30/month) and new owner would need to apply to marina to take over slip if desired. More affordable slips with live aboard potential in nextdoor West Marina.
