Elite Gates is hiring a customer service representative to handle inbound calls, emails, cover order status, tracking, shipping issues and damaged or missing items. The role begins with paid in-person training then transitions to fulltime remote work from home Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. We require strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service experience helpful, you must be organized and dependable, comfortable using email, phones (we provide) and online order systems. You MUST have a quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet. Must be able to attend in person training daily. Shopify or ecommerce background is a plus.
