Overview:
Growing manufacturer of custom architectural building supplies is looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to join our Customer Service team in Oxnard, CA. This is a full-time permanent position perfect for someone that enjoys working in a high pace environment helping customers and solving unique problems. We work with architects, designers, builders, HVAC technicians, and homeowners to design and deliver custom made HVAC grilles they need in order to put the finishing touch on their luxury home or historical building. Once fully trained and trustworthy, one could transition to working from home full-time if desired.
Compensation: Starts at $20.00 - $22.00
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in friendly and helpful manner
- Guide customers to the correct product for their application and explain available product options
- Use QuickBooks to create estimates for customers and enter their orders for production
- Troubleshoot any customer issues and resolve in quick and helpful manner
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and verifiable past attendance record
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills - bilingual is a big plus!
- Experience with common computers programs is required - QuickBooks experience preferred
- Solid basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Home improvement knowledge or mechanical skills a huge plus!
