We’re seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Customer Service Representative with experience in beauty, personal care, and hair care to support a high-energy one-day event. The ideal candidate will assist attendees with product inquiries, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a professional demeanor are essential all while actively driving product sales through personalized recommendations and confident upselling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in beauty, hair care, or personal care retail or events
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Availability for the full duration of the event
Offer: $200 for the Day Event + BONUS based Incentive Target
