Season: Late May – Late June (4–6 weeks), 3–4 days per week

Pay & Incentives:
• Commission per lei sold (details provided once hired)
• Paid daily
• Gas allowance paid weekly
• Earn up to $160/day based on average sales, with potential to earn more for motivated assistants covering multiple graduations per day
• 1099 issued at the end of the season (Late August)
Job Description
SkyMazing Gifts is seeking motivated, friendly, and professional independent contractors to assist with seasonal graduation sales.
Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation preferred; if no vehicle, may ride with supervisor (see emergency policy below)
• Must be able to stand for 2–3 hours at a time
• Must be kind, patient, and professional
• Must work without interruptions during assigned shifts
• Spanish speaking preferred
Transportation & Scheduling
• Assistants with their own vehicle:
• Can choose number of schools and hours worked per day
• Pay will fluctuate based on schools completed
• Assistants riding with supervisor:
• Must commit to full shifts, usually 3–4 schools per day
• For emergencies or early departures, assistant must arrange own Uber/cab; supervisor will not pay
• Shifts may start as early as 5:30 AM and end by 5:00 PM
Uniforms
• First uniform purchased by assistant ($25) before starting
• Three additional uniforms required; cost can be deducted from pay after the first week
• Uniform color scheme mandatory and must be kept clean
Work Details
• Seasonal gig runs late May – late June, optional July/August extension
• Multiple schools per day, 3–4 days/week
• Must maintain professionalism and patience at all times
• Paid commission per sale, with weekly gas allowance
