Red Engine Brewing Company in Fillmore is looking for a line cook with experience making a variety of menu items, including pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Line Cook must also be experienced in prepping ingredients for all menu items from scratch. We currently a have part-time positions available. We're looking for friendly, hardworking, reliable people, who want to join our team and work in a fun and fast-paced environment. The kitchen staff and taproom staff pool all daily tips, which are then equally divided by hours worked.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Real kitchen experience is absolutely required — you’ve worked the line and know your way around a busy kitchen
• Applicant MUST be 21 years of age
• Night & weekend availability — prime time, not optional
• Food Handler’s Certificate — required (or willing to get one ASAP)
• Clean & safe kitchen habits — sanitation and food safety matter here
• Solid knife skills — you know which end does the cutting
• Stamina for the shift — comfortable standing, moving, and grinding through a busy service
• Team player energy — respect the crew, communicate, and have each other’s backs
• Show-up mentality — you’re reliable, on time, and don’t disappear when it’s busy
• Strong work ethic — you hustle, take pride in your work, and finish what you start
• No BS games — we’re here to work, not babysit
