-We are looking for experienced people that we can partner with to consistently turn out our high quality, creative chef driven menu in a busy kitchen with precision, speed and accuracy.

Sourdough pizza using an indigenous sourdough culture, high hydration 3-day dough fermentation and high quality organic flour. Pickled and fermented foods, creative salads and elevated bar snacks.
Our kitchen is about creativity, passion and hard work. We will work hard together, but this will also be an environment that will foster and reward creativity and innovation in a collaborative environment. If you have skills and experience in hand tossed pizza, pickling and fermentation, you will go to the top of the list. Our kitchen is well appointed and very busy. If you are organized with your Mise en Place and thrive in a fast paced busy kitchen, you'll fit right in.
