We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender who brings much more to the role than simply pouring drinks. Our ideal candidate is a true craft cocktail enthusiast who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding artisanal cocktails and superior service.
What We're Looking For:
*Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment.
*Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and craft cocktail preparation.
*A genuine passion for creating innovative and spectacular cocktails.
*Must be a people person who genuinely enjoys all aspects of the profession, including engaging with guests, building relationships, providing exceptional hospitality, and collaborating effectively with fellow team members and management.
*Responsible, dependable, and professional, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
*Takes pride in their work and understands the importance of punctuality, accountability, and consistency.
*Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Experience with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining proper stock levels.
*Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
*Flexible availability and commitment to a full-time schedule.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
*Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
*Interact professionally and enthusiastically with customers, coworkers, and management to foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
*Take ownership of bar operations and perform all duties responsibly and reliably.
*Manage bar inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels.
*Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards.
*Serve as a proud ambassador of the restaurant, its culture, and its beverage program.
*Collaborate with management to enhance and elevate the overall bar experience.
