We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and friendly Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and professionally.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, beverages, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management.
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest service.
Qualifications:
*3+ years restaurant serving experience preferred, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Food Handler Card/Certificate required (or ability to obtain within 2-weeks from start date).
*Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required (or ability to obtain within 2-weeks from start date).
*Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
*Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
*Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
