We are looking for experienced, friendly and motivated front of the house staff to join our team
With open availability and flexible schedule – weekends, evenings, holidays.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine team player.
Must be able to multitask and work a fast-paced environment
Duties include:
• Properly greet and welcome guests.
• Up-sell popular food and drink options.
• Take orders according to guest needs and wants, and enter into POS.
• Collect payment or run checks.
• Know and understand our menu offering so you can explain what you’re serving to the guest.
• Actively communicate any food allergies and special guest needs to the server and kitchen
staff.
• Accurately run and deliver food as ordered by the guest.
• Accurately run and deliver drinks as ordered by the guests.
• Busses own tables to reset for the next party.
• Be a great team member and help co-workers.
• Act with care and professionalism at all times.
• Work with a high sense of urgency.
• Cooperate with co-workers and managers.
• Report to work on time as scheduled and proactively communicate when you can't.
