I print "FDM" 3D mechanical parts using ( nylon ) glass filled ( PA–GF ) high-performance, anti-kinetic ( won't crack, for its intended use ) thermal ( high temperature resistant ) mechanical engineering filament. "Stronger, lighter and faster better than carbon fiber".

.005"-.025" ( close to industry standard 👍 ) depending on the geometry complexity of the part model you provide.

it's based on "size" and "how many" 👍
"Plus shipping costs if needed"
( customer provides model in ( .step ( preferred ) , .stl ) file to print )

Reverse Engineering "small parts":

A broken plastic part in your house, "a model doesn't exist" you want me to "reverse engineer create it". ( a small simple part )
$25 to reverse engineer
+ the above per part costs.
( customer will provide images and accurate dimensions at customers measurements and quality control )
Enhanced Geometry "existing customer model":

Small extra features like "fillets" ( curved rounded edges ), model corrections, small features, just ask
$10-$15 per correction / feature edition to "existing model". + plus the above costs as stated.

1.0" x 1.0" x 1.0" ( possibly smaller depending on model, just ask )
Largest size:
5.0" x 5.0" x 5.0" ( possibly a little taller, wider, or longer, depending on model, just ask )

Payment:
payment is sent via Venmo, "prior to ALL printing services", "if I accept your model to print", it's "guaranteed to perform and work as intended". or I will reprint at no charge. ( for its intended use only!! ) taking a hammer to it or running it over with a trailer MAC truck, will void guarantee 😝👍😎

send email with your model attached and how many you need OR reverse engineering request. "If I accept and approve your model", you'll be sent the venmo payment link, and the 3D print will be started within 24 hours, after payment received.
