In fair condition.
It could use a professional cleaning and should look great afterwards.
I have spot cleaned it before and removed minor stains mostly from kids spilling water on it and not drying it in time.
Some springs are popping out of the bottom from kids jumping on it but only visible when lifting the couch and does not affect the comfort of the couch.
Comes with 6 beige cushions shown in the pics.
