The suite is fabric with a slight suede finish. The suite is 3 years old and in mint condition. It cost $1,500 new.
Non-smoking household. Absolutely love the suite but it won't fit in our new house. That's the only reason for sale! The recliner and one seat detach from the corner and chaise section. The recliner and one seat are 66 inches long and the corner and chaise are 90 inches long. The corner section is 42" wide where it meets the recliner section. So overall length of the recliner and corner section is 108" long. The cushions are 22" deep. The sofa back is 38" high.
The chair is 44" wide, cushion 22" deep, and seat back 38" high.
