Vintage estate collection of 1960's mid-century, modern furniture, primarily by George Kasparian, Frank Rohloff and other items of Danish design. It is highly unlikely that a 1960's time capsule of Kasparian and Rohloff designs of this quality, will be found for sale, in one place, anywhere in the United States.
Original receipts, brochures and correspondence, dated 1963-1964, will be available for viewing. Unless otherwise noted, all seating, cabinets and tables were commissioned designs by Frank Rohloff and George Kasparian, and all were photographed for the LA Times Home Section in 1964, as described in a letter by Frank and Aileen Rohloff. All commissioned pieces were designed for this couple, and none originated from a showroom floor.
Local pick-up only in Bell Canyon, California; cash only.
