ARF – Live‑In DSP (Female Only) – Night Presence Position
I have two small Licensed residential homes on a quiet ranchette property in Home Acres, each housing three young adult women with special needs who are very self‑sufficient and attend day programs. I’m offering a private furnished room in one of the homes to a responsible, mature female who can provide steady nightly presence and light support.
ABOUT THE HOME:
• Private furnished single bedroom w/Ikea furnishings
• Valued at $1400/month
• Shared bathroom with one very clean female individual
• Laundry on site
• WiFi and Netflix included
• Private secured parking
The room is OFFERED AT NO COST to the right person, and I also provide $1,000/month for assisting with the nightly and morning routine of the 3 ladies. This arrangement is ideal for someone who wants a peaceful, stable living situation and can commit to consistent overnight presence. Possible day shift available for additional pay, optional.
Your role is simple. You are in the home nightly from 6 pm to 9 am. Most of this time is sleep hours. In the evening you provide companionship and a calm presence. In the morning you help the girls stay on schedule, make sure they are up and ready, assist with their morning medications, and walk them to the front when their ride arrives. After that, you are free for the rest of the day to work outside the home or enjoy your own schedule.
NEEDED BY YOU:
You must be able to pass fingerprint clearance and have a current TB test. No pets, no vaping or smoking, and no children. This is only for a mature woman or retiree that is ideal. You must have your own vehicle for your personal transportation and be steady, reliable, and not easily lenient position or manipulated by my girls. lol
