I am a quiet, responsible professional looking for a guest house, ADU, or similar private setup in Ventura County. I am a long-time local resident with excellent references, and I pride myself on being a respectful, low-maintenance tenant.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
Employed & Busy: I work long, variable hours and travel occasionally for my job. When I am home, I primarily use the space to rest and recharge.
Clean & Quiet: I am a non-smoker with no pets, and I keep a tidy living space.
Reliable: I have a strong rental history and can provide excellent local references upon request.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
Property Type: Guest house, ADU, studio, or private back-house.
Vibe: A safe, peaceful, and quiet environment.
Amenities: Reliable speedy internet, a functional kitchen, and on-site laundry.
NOTE ON ROOMMATES:
While my strong preference is a standalone private space, I would consider a roommate arrangement for the right situation. However, please note that I am only open to a short-term commitment for roommate setups.
