Looking for large 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom with private yard (Ventura)

Hello, my fiancé and I are looking to move to a more suitable living situation for ourselves and my service animal. I work in a speciality trade and my better half is a high end massage therapist. The reason for the Craigslist post - my fiancé has minimal credit (though high 700’s) - she lived with a private landlord for many years before we moved into our current apartment. Myself - I once lived a different life and have a minor criminal record along with bad credit. Our combined income is $100,000+. We have paid $3k/month for our 2 bed/2 bath, 2nd floor apartment for 5 years now and we’re ready to not have to take our dog for a walk every 5 hours. We’re extremely dependable, family oriented and quiet tenants. We are in search of either a 1 bedroom with a den area and a fenced in yard or a 2 bedroom with a fenced in yard. This is not an urgent matter, our lease isn’t due to renew until September. Thanks for your time!
