Hi, I’m looking for a room with an outdoor entrance or a detached unit here in Ojai. I work at a local business full time, 5 days a week and my budget is around 1200, give or take. I’ve lived in Ojai since ‘92 and am just looking for a little nest to settle into. I have a 12 year old female lab/ queensland mix that is very sweet, potty trained and isn’t a barker. I’m also open to renting a spot to park a small trailer, if the space has a nice vibe and some outdoor space to utilize. It is very difficult to find affordable housing here in the valley these days so any opportunities or recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks and blessings. 🙏
