Pilot Looking for Housing (Ventura)

Hi there! I'm 41, employed as a helicopter pilot, and looking for housing in the area. I have a newer F150 truck with a slide in camper, as can be seen in the photos, and two electric motorcycles (one pictured). No pets, minimal belongings. I'm looking for a place that has parking, or consistent street parking available for my truck, and close in parking for at least one motorcycle (so I can plug it in).

Ideally the living space is a studio or 1 bed, with an actual kitchen, and windows, with the outside space being more abundant. Having a private outdoor space would be awesome, as I prefer sleeping outside.

I have exceptional credit (from paying my bills on time), am a good communicator, and am respectful of others space.
