Reliable Local Artist/Writer Seeks Guest House/Granny Flat (Thousand Oaks)

I'm a long-time Thousand Oaks resident currently dividing my time between writing and attending to my 'art installations' at the Conejo Creek Equestrian Park (see attached photos and check out the feature article on my work in the September 5th issue of the T.O. Acorn -- https://www.toacorn.com/articles/writer-creates-whimsical-art/).
I've got a nice place now but it's too small so I'm looking for something more spacious near the park, preferably with off-street parking and all utilities included. My preference would be a guest house or granny flat/in-law suite. A separate entrance would be a must and, please, I'm not looking for just a room or a shared-living arrangement.
I have stellar credit and excellent recommendations and can guarantee I'll value your privacy as much as I value my own. I'm easy-going, drama-free and fond of the notion that when it comes to landlord/tenant relationships everyone should get along and be of good cheer while going about their own separate lives.
Something in the $1000/month range would be ideal but I can be flexible if your unit looks and feels like a place where I can comfortably hunker down for the next few years and focus on both my work and continued volunteerism at the equestrian park.
