Looking for a single female, like myself, to get an apartment or AirBnB in Thousand Oaks or Westlake Village. 2 bed 2 bath are going for about $3000. Instead of splitting 50/50, I’d pay $200 extra for the Master bedroom. I would estimate needing $1500 for first month and $1500 for deposit. I don’t smoke or drink. I live a fairly quiet & healthy lifestyle and am a tidy person. I like my home to be my sanctuary so I’m looking for someone with similar habits. Utilities/WiFi would be split, you’d pay for your own food, toiletries/cleaning supplies. We would take turns cleaning the kitchen and living room every two weeks while doing our own dishes. No pets, please. Overnight guests need to be discussed prior to their stay. The same guest can only stay one time per month to avoid an accidental 3rd roommate and extra utility costs. Parking will have to be TBD since it will depend on the type of unit we find.
