Schedule: 2pm-11pm plus OT When Needed- Monday- Friday and 4 hours every other Saturday
Reports To: Branch Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated On-Site Representative to join our team onsite at our Oxnard location. This role requires daily physical presence at the office/worksite to collaborate with the team, support operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Be physically present at the worksite during scheduled hours
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors in person
• Sourcing candidates for open requisitions
• Payroll duties
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs, weekly safety reports
• Follow company policies and onsite safety procedures
• Assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements
• Must be able to work onsite at our Oxanrd location
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• 1-3 years of experience in the staffing industry, preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 10-30 lbs. (if applicable)
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Bullhorn system (a plus)
