-Recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and outreach
-Review resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews
-Match candidates with open job positions
-Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork
-Maintain communication with employees and clients
-Fill open job orders quickly and efficiently
-Track applicant activity and update systems regularly
-Bilingual is a plus
