Trimming Technician (Champion)
Champion Track | Employer of Record: Vangst

Role Summary
The Trimming Technician (Champion) is a high-output trim professional who consistently meets or exceeds production standards at a high-volume cannabis processing facility. This role is the backbone of the trim program — producing clean, quality product at volume while serving as a floor-level example of what excellent performance looks like.
Champion Trimmers are identified as candidates for the Trim Trainer role as the program scales. This is a dual-track position: perform at the top of the floor today, and potentially step into a formal training role as new trim candidates come onboard.
