We are looking for results-driven Entry Level and Lead personal that can take charge, mentor, and develop entry-level field staff into Team Leads and Team Managers—setting the standard for excellence while positioning UPSI to become an employee-owned company.

Key Responsibilities:
-Learn to lead, manage, and develop team members across multiple departments to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
-Mentor and train staff, building a culture of accountability, reliability, and high performance.
-Collaborate with management to implement processes, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
-Oversee jobs and projects to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
-Act as the liaison between field staff and management, demonstrating ownership and strategic thinking in all decisions.
What the role looks like:
- Show up on time and ready to work Monday-Friday
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and keep equipment ready
- Have a "can do" attitude and get along with fellow co workers, having an "inviting personality"
- Route work, such a perform bulk item removal. You will be lifting heavy objects, such as couches, mattresses, pallets, etc.
- Assist with apartment clean outs, turnovers and pack outs.
- Power washing of trash enclosures, emptying out dumpsters with a lift truck.
Requirements:

-Strong adaptability, reliability, and organizational skills.
Ability to be part of diverse team, support, motivate and encourage your teammates.
-Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Minimum age 22 (auto insurance requirement).
-Valid ca driver’s license for roles involving driving.
-Ability to lift and carry 70+ lbs. As needed.
-Flexibility to handle tough, hands-on jobs—sometimes hot, dirty, and physically demanding.
