Requirements:
-Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry (high-end custom homes preferred)
-Strong knowledge of finish details, millwork, cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and hardware
-General understanding of the full construction phase process and how finish work coordinates with other trades
-Ability to commute to Malibu jobsites daily
-Must speak English fluently
-Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Attention to detail and pride in high-quality craftsmanship
