Perform general maintenance and repairs (cleaning vacant units, painting, maintain cleanliness of the property, including grounds and common areas)
Conduct routine inspections of units, gates, and lighting
Assist with unit preparation, including cleaning and minor repairs
Previous maintenance experience, comfortable with power tools, and electrical knowledge a plus!
This is a part-time position, 5-10hours a week. Set you own schedule Mon-Sat. 10-4pm
