OPEN POSITION:
Sorter / General Laborer – $17.50/hour
Location: Oxnard, CA 93030
SCHEDULE:
• Up to 6 days per week
• Night shift available
• Start times vary based on production needs
• Flexibility required
PROJECT DURATION:
• Seasonal project expected to run through July
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Sorter / General Laborer, you will play a key role in our production process by ensuring berries are properly sorted, handled, and prepared for distribution. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sort and inspect fresh berries for quality
• Assist in processing and packaging operations
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Support inventory tracking and quality control processes
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
