Job Expectations: Twice a week deep cleaning of restrooms, sending before and after photos, common areas and exterior of the property (picking up trash etc) Plunging toilets as needed. Getting units ready for the next customer, "flipping studios" (Includes potentially removing and legally discarding of large items left behind, patching drywall and small amount of painting as needed, sweep mop or vacuuming. Groundskeeping, weeding, watering, trimming and leaf blowing twice weekly.
Additional tasks as needed, with room to grow in responsibility!
This role would be ideal for someone with at least 1 year janitorial/ maintenance experience, who is also interested in a studio or office space to rehearse, record, produce or work on something creative.
Compensation for the work would be the use of a studio at the location up to $425/mo in value! These studios cannot be lived in, but can be used for music rehearsal, office space, art/photography/podcast /storage etc.
