Hiring for a full-time position in growing high-end custom cabinet shop located in Santa Paula. US work authorization and background check required. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and references. This is for a lead position. Prior cabinet shop experience is required.

Must be able to communicate respectfully and effectively
Must be able to easily lift 75+ pounds - lots of heavy lifting required.
Must adhere to all safety regulations.
Work requires use of power tools, hand tools, standing, bending, working on ladders, carrying heavy cabinets, and use of machinery.
Duties include shop cleaning and organizing, loading/unloading trucks, cabinet installation assistance and skilled cabinetry making/woodworking. In addition, some supervision and training of less experienced employee(s) also required.
Schedule is 7:30am-4:00pm M-F with occasional overtime.
