The Opportunity:
Forno Piombo is looking for a professional, mechanically-inclined Field Service Technician to assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of our premium outdoor ovens in the Thousand Oaks area.
This is not a traditional "appliance repair" role. We aren't looking for someone to fix a dishwasher. We are looking for a versatile "fixer" who is excellent with customers and enjoys following a clear, technical process.
The Work:
Technical Troubleshooting: Primarily focused on gas burner systems (valves, igniters, orifices).
General Maintenance: Occasional minor masonry touch-ups, equipment assembly, and random service tasks as needed.
Customer Interaction: You will be the face of our brand on-site. We require someone who is punctual, communicative, and maintains a "white-glove" service standard.

The Ideal Candidate:
You have basic mechanical experience and are comfortable with hand tools and gas fittings.
You are an instruction-follower. You prefer working from a manual to ensure the job is done to specification.
You have a clean, professional appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude with homeowners.
You have reliable transportation and your own basic set of tools.
Compensation: $50/ Hour w/ 4 Hour Minimum
