Very clean, low-miles 2010 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited for sale - $9,995 (Simi Valley)

I'm selling my 2010 Ultra Limited (103 cubic-inch motor) with multiple upgrades, purchased in 2014 from a local HD dealership with 4K miles. As I had a Dyna which I rode most often, this bike didn't get a lot of use - only on longer trips when a bagger was needed. It now has 12K miles on it.
Upgrades: Fosgate amp behind the fairing; four upgraded speakers, Power Commander, Vance & Hines pipes, custom air cleaner, new LED lighting all around, newer HD wheels (replaced the knuckle-busters it came with). Tires have plenty of tread and are in good shape but are several years old. Factory ABS brake recall work done by Simi Valley HD.
Includes H-D bike cover and all previously removed stock parts if desired. SoCal DMV registration paid through February 2027.
KBB value for this year/model bike if it were in average condition with average miles is around $13K. This one is definitely not "average". However, I realize that the used bike market is a bit soft right now. Price reduced to $9995. If interested, make me an offer!
