Pay: $22-30/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or other metals according to specifications
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
• Set up and operate welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
• Follow strict safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Perform basic fabrication tasks, grinding, cutting, and fit-up work
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Qualifications
• Certified TIG Welder
• 2+ years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
• Ability to weld thin and thick materials with precision
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and heat control
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused work ethic, and commitment to safety
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and reliability
