Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, program, and operate Haas ST-series CNC lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Maintain machine performance and uphold Wiggins’ high-quality standards.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC lathe machining experience.
• Proficiency in Haas controls and G/M-code adjustments.
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and setup issues independently.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
