Looking for a Quality Inspector III that will be responsible for performing inspections on components and assemblies ranging from diameters of Ø.003” up to Ø.875” and lengths from .100” to assemblies longer than 200”. Our products are used across multiple industries such as medical, aerospace, automotive, and others.
Qualified candidates will have experience interpreting manufacturing documents, strong hands-on aptitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of inspection tools and equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance and calibration activities as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and organized quality records and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Identify potential improvements related to quality, process efficiency, or product performance and communicate them to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• May assist with hands-on training during onboarding or cross-training activities as assigned, to support departmental knowledge transfer
• Follow all company safety rules, quality processes, and work standards.
