Administrative Support
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $22-24/hr DOE
-Position Overview:
• We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Support professional to manage front desk responsibilities while assisting the Purchasing department. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain office organization, supplies, and general administrative tasks
• Assist the Purchasing department with order entry, tracking, and documentation
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Support internal teams with administrative needs as required
-Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of administrative, front desk, or office support experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
