Position Responsibilities:
Answering and managing inbound and outbound calls
Responding to alarm activations
Notifying customers of alarm events
Dispatching local authorities when necessary
Supporting fellow operators to ensure efficient operations
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in high-priority situations
This role is ideal for individuals who remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of accuracy and urgency.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass a Live Scan and background check (no major misdemeanors or felonies)
Previous 911 and Alarm Dispatch experience is highly encouraged to apply.
