About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager with strong experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress, and digital marketing operations to oversee client campaigns, manage internal production workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
This role requires someone who understands marketing technology, automation systems, and website production, not just basic project coordination. The ideal candidate has experience working inside a marketing agency environment and can bridge the gap between strategy, implementation, and client communication.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing specialists, developers, and automation teams to manage the execution of SEO, website builds, funnel creation, and CRM automation.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
• Manage multiple digital marketing and web development projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate internal teams including SEO specialists, designers, developers, and automation specialists.
• Create and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Identify blockers early and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and project status.
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
• Oversee builds and updates inside GoHighLevel.
• Manage funnels, landing pages, pipelines, and CRM setups.
• Coordinate implementation of:
• Workflows & automations
• Missed call text back
• Email and SMS campaigns
• Lead tracking and attribution
• Ensure integrations between GHL and external systems function properly.
• Troubleshoot automation and funnel issues when necessary.
WordPress & Website Oversight
• Manage WordPress website builds, updates, and launches.
• Coordinate development of landing pages and service pages.
• Ensure proper SEO implementation including:
• On-page optimization
• Metadata
• Schema markup
• Internal linking
• Coordinate with designers and developers on website changes.
• Manage staging, testing, and deployment processes.
Client Communication
• Serve as a point of contact for project updates.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations clearly.
• Translate technical information into clear client-facing updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Quality Control
• Ensure deliverables meet company standards before deployment.
• Review websites, funnels, and automation workflows before launch.
• Confirm tracking, forms, and integrations are working properly.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years experience in project management within a digital marketing or agency environment
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong familiarity with WordPress
• Experience managing SEO and marketing campaigns

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
