We are seeking a highly organized, remote Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator to manage the daily administrative and communication needs for our concrete pumping and ready mix business. This flexible role requires a professional self-starter who currently resides in Ventura County, CA.
Core Responsibilities
The primary duties revolve around customer interaction, scheduling, and administrative support:
• Customer Communication: Answer and manage all incoming calls professionally. Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding payments, scheduling, and job details.
• Job Coordination: Schedule and coordinate concrete pumping and ready mix delivery jobs.
• Financial & Purchasing: Collect customer payments and process orders for job materials.
• Business Sourcing: Perform light outreach and sourcing to secure new business and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
• Residence is mandatory within Ventura County, CA.
• Proven customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Detail-oriented and proficient with basic scheduling/office software.
