Office Assistant, for a small family owned business. Hours would be Monday to Friday. Starting time is flexible for 8am or 9am and end time is flexible depending if a 30 minute lunch or 1 hour is preferred. Must be able to work 6hrs minimum per day.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering calls and scheduling appointments
* Assist with preparing customized proposals
* Following up with clients for reviews
* Handle the linen inventory
* Office duties such as filing, data entry
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* 2-3 year prior experience in an office environment is preferred
* Experience with google sheets and operating a Mac is a plus
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Sheets
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
