The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer phones and provide front office support as needed. Seeking a friendly, people-oriented, and customer-driven individual with the ability to communicate clearly with team members, visitors, and clients. Must be thorough and punctual. Ability to prioritize and work in a highly active environment and have excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors and/or phone calls to the appropriate person/department.
• Manage the sign-in visitors and personnel logs, reference sheets, and phone extension cards.
• Answer and route phone calls for three respective companies.
• Consolidate, scan, and archive production binders.
• Keep Lobby supplies stocked (i.e., office and breakroom supplies).
• Ensure the maintenance of the company copier (keep toner stocked, paper, etc.) as well as call technicians when necessary.
• Receive and distribute package deliveries to the appropriate personnel/department.
• Opening and closing front office duties, including doors, turning on/off TV, AC, and lights.
• Carry out other duties assigned.
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of reception, front desk or similar experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Professional phone etiquette
• Conversational Spanish
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
