Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule inspections and service appointments
Coordinate and manage daily work schedules
Provide excellent customer service and support
Maintain accurate customer records and job details
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
Basic computer skills scheduling systems, email, etc.
Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
